Factory Engraved Colt Single Action Army .45 LC caliber revolver. Made in 1922. 5 ½” Barrel in .45 Long Colt. This is a factory engraved blue and case hardened gun in excellent condition. The engraver was Wilbur Glahn. This gun was reconditioned from the factory probably in the 1930s and has the star on the right hand back trigger guard bow as well as rework numbers under the grips and on the front of the cylinder. Gun is excellent with 97% of the factory blue. Case colors are excellent. Engraving is perfect. Trigger is checkered. Grips are factory steer head carved ivories with Colt medallions. Gun comes with a Colt factory letter confirming configuration and that this gun is factory engraved. It was original shipped to Gus Habich Company in Indianapolis, Indiana. Beautiful factory engraved blue and case colored Single Action!
