Guns International #: 100448020
Seller's Inventory #: 1862
Did you ever think about the time machine theory and walking into a gun shop in 1897 and spying a brand spanking new Colt SAA in nickel with the fire blue screws, mint in all respects, laying in the display case. Well, this is about as close as you are ever going to get. It looks today just like it did that day in 1897 at the Simmons Hardware store in St. Louis. Of course, it is restored to as new condition by a master crafstman. Everything on this gun looks mint. Markings as deep as the day they were stamped. Brilliant nickel plating, even in the insides of the cylinder showing no wear. Minty grip. All the fire blue on small parts and screws. No rounding anywehre with sharp as new edges. Of course, it works like new, likes like a safe. Priced at about what a nickel second gen would cost and comes with factory letter. The gun and restoration was more than this asking price and I know you will as proud as punch to get this thing to the range.
