1939 Colt Pre War Single Action Army chambered in .45lc with a 5 1/2'' barrel an blue / color cased finish. This is a very high condition gun. The numbers match on the frame and grip frame. The last two digits are properly stamped on the back of the cylinder. The grips are unnumbered and do have an excellent fit. There is no high edge wear or scratches. The bluing retains a beautiful dark shine throughout. The color casing is brilliant. There is some freckling that is isolated to the back strap of the grip frame with just a couple spots at the front and bottom. All 4 clicks are crisp. The bore is bright and shiny. The grips remain in excellent condition with sharp checkering throughout. Overall an outstnading 80 year old example.
