Colt SAA 45LC 4 3/4" bbl,Sterling Silver finish,hand engraved with scroll and 24K gold portrait of Roy Rogers,gold screws,hammer and trigger,serial #S02663A,Roy Rogers King of the Cowboys RR#59,pearl grips with Roy Rogers RR brand and sterling silver badge engraved "50 years of entertainment and public service 1",this was from Mel Torme's Colt Collection with a letter from Kevin Cherry from 1999 authenticating it.Mel Torme and Roy Rogers were good friends.Mel wrote and starred in "The Handyman" 1968 episode #14 of the "Virginian" series.Mel was a premier collector of Colt SAAs.New unfired with paperwork and display case.
