Serial #NB1544, .45 Long Colt, 12 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Ned Buntline commemorative Single Action Army manufactured in 1979 by Colt as part of a limited run of 3000. It is a Colt New Frontier SAA model featuring a bright nickel finish and adjustable rear sights and comes in a custom crushed velvet lined glass window presentation case that features an engraved Ned Buntline commemorative plaque and 6 nickel plated dummy rounds. In excellent condition the revolver shows about 99% plus original bright nickel finish with a very slight hint of a turn line on the cylinder. The grips are excellent with crisp detail. The case shows some light contact and storage marks and the locking key is not present. An excellent Colt commemorative SAA.
