These features are chambering is .45 Colt, 4.75”-barrel, blue finish with color cased frame and Eagle/Pony Stocks. The royal blue is perfect and the color case frame really stands out and looks amazing! As shown this beautiful revolver comes with the original Colt embossed case labeled to match the gun. The Colt Single Action Army (also known as the Model P, Peacemaker, M1873, Single Action Army, SAA) is a single-action revolver with a revolving cylinder holding six metallic cartridges. It was designed for the U.S. government service revolver trials of 1873 by Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company, today, Colt’s Manufacturing Company, and adopted as the standard military service revolver until 1892. Serial Number S34369A Starting at approximately ser no. S34000A, Colt reintroduced the full-length Removable Cylinder Bushing which had been eliminated in in 1976, making these current 3rd Gen SAA's essentially the same as the 1st and 2nd Gen guns. Collectors call them Gen 4 guns and are highly sought after for these vast improvements to bring an old design back to the original.
