4 3/4 inch 38WCF. Super condition as refinished by Colt. Originaly shipped as a blued gun. All major parts (frame, barrel, ejector rod housing, hammer, back strap and trigger guard and cylinder are stamped with
assembly (bin) #616 N (nickel ?). Colt did this when they refinished as stated in David M Browns book THE 36 CALIBERS OF THE COLT, page 220. the loading gate and frame have the orginal assembly number
of 514. There is a P proof in the hammer slot. Fitted with a very nice of mother of pearl grips with silver medallions. The bore is excellent and all markings very clear. Great solid gun. Shipping $50.00 lower 48
