Preowned, Texas Longhorn Arms ~ Grover's Improved Number "5" ~ .44 Magnum, This is an opportunity for you to own a small piece of firearms history with this revolver. This revolved is the brain child of the late Bill Grover and late firearms Elmer Kieth. This Kieth's and Grover's idea of what the Colt SAA revolver should have been. It is a larger frame with a Bisley Style grip and the loading gate and the extractor rod on the left side unlike on the Colt which is on the right. This is a rare gun as Bill Grover was a far better gun smith than a businessman and Texas Longhorn Arms was only able to produce 1200 of these revolvers before going out of business. This revolver is chambered in 44 Remington Magnum. The gun is in excellent condition, showing virtually no wear. .44 Magnum
