• Finish: The frame and all four barrel shrouds retain roughly 95%+ of their rich, original factory bluing. There is a faint cylinder turn line and very light, expected edge wear on the muzzles and around the shroud mounting points from barrel swaps. No rust or pitting.
• Bores: All four barrel tubes feature bright, mirror-like bores with sharp and prominent rifling.
• Grips: Both the walnut target grip and the smooth combat grip are in excellent condition. The checkering on the target grip is tactile and sharp. Neither grip exhibits cracks, splits, or significant handling marks.
• Mechanics: The action is exceptionally smooth, a hallmark of the classic Dan Wesson design. The unique front-mounted cylinder latch operates cleanly, and the lockup is incredibly tight. The single-action trigger break is crisp and light.
• Barrel Interchangeability: The threads on the frame, barrel tubes, and barrel nuts are all clean and undamaged, allowing for smooth and easy barrel changes.
