UNUSUAL HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON AUTOMATIC EJECT REVOLVER WITH FOLDING KNIFE ATTACHMENT, #341XXX, MADE 1901-1917. Only about 2,000 of these were made and officially named by H&R "AUTOMATIC BAYONET REVOLVER." All were .38 S&W Center Fire caliber. This is an outstanding condition example that retains nearly all the bright original nickel with only some minor freckling here and there. The trigger guard shows nearly all of the bright original blue and the hard rubber grips are excellent. The folding double edged blade shows some cleaning scratches that are shallow and ought to polish or buff out. The blade locking mech. is excellent. Exc. mechanically with minty bore. You gotta love this kind of stuff from a totally different time in American history!
