Description: The American Double Action .44 Bulldog cartridge 6-shot fluted cylinder, center fire revolver. SELDOM SEEN 4 7/16" OCTAGON BARREL, It looks like it has been in the desk draw for many years. 90% nickel finish. Grips are perfect with no chips or cracks. Mechanically perfect in double action and single action. The bore is bright with strong rifling. A prize for any collector. Also include is this interesting rubber holster. Made from an old rubber high top boot. The holster has the boot makers mark on the front "BOSTON RUBBER SHOE COMPANY" and in the center "BOSTON USA", I am always fascinated by the ingenious ways some of these old revolvers were carried. This unique holster can be carried attached to your suspenders. Check out the pictures. It may look a little strange but the draw is very fast, while still keeping this big bore “small pistola” well secured. Most of the commercially produced rubber holster were just carried in your pocket, this bunkhouse made one is far more secure. This is an ANTIQUE and can be shipped directly to you.
