Pre-WWI H&R Premier Second Model 22 LR Revolver 3rd Variation C&R

Description:
Serial #185912, .22 Rim Fire, 5 inch round ribbed barrel with a near excellent bore. This is the small frame Premier 2nd Model, 3rd variation top break revolver manufactured by Harrington & Richardson Arms Company between 1909-1913. In excellent condition it retains virtually all, 95-97% of the original nickel plating on the barrel, frame and cylinder with flaking on the cylinder and around the muzzle. The blued trigger guard is likewise excellent retaining virtually all of the original bright finish. The hammer and trigger show much of the original case color. The oversize hard rubber H&R target logo grips, scratch-numbered on one panel to the gun, rate about excellent with a small chip in the right panel. Mechanically the lock up is very good with the usual amount of play associated with this model having proper timing. A beautiful example of this early Premier not often found in such high condition. FFL or C&R
