I beleive it to be Unfired other than factory , As New for sure.Only hint of a turn line. Really pristine for a 55 year +/- old revolover. Spring loaded ejector, Non slip scored trigger, Double/Single action. Anodized alloy frame. Split and warp proof WALNUT grips. Swing out counter bored 9 shot cylinder. Adjustable rear sight. Rebounding hammer with automatic safety block. Walnut grips and metal finish 99.95% blemish free. 
Lock up is rock solid with super smooth action and very tight tolerance with cylinder / forcing cone gap !
