"Hopkins & Allen XL No 3 Revolver (AH6389)

"

This 32 rimfire caliber Hopkins & Allen spur trigger revolver has approx. 85% of its original nickel finish with much of the loss on the right above the trigger. The 2 5/8"" octagon barrel has a fine bore with strong rifling and light erosion. The top strap is marked HOPKINS & ALLEN MFG. Co. over XL. No 3. over PAT. MAR. 23 1871. The grips are fine with most of their original varnish and no cracks or chips. The action functions but does not properly rotate the cylinder (but you're not going to shoot it anyway!). This is a nice looking H&A XL No. 3.
