EXCELLENT Factory Boxed IVER JOHNSON .32 Revolver Concealed Carry Revolver w 1894 Money Order!
Description: EXCELLENT Factory Boxed IVER JOHNSON .32 Revolver Concealed Carry Revolver w 1894 Money Order! Here we present an Iver Johnson Double Action Top Break Revolver in .32 caliber, made circa 1894 century in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Iver Johnson was a U.S. firearms, bicycle, and motorcycle manufacturer from 1871 to 1993. The company shared the same name as its founder, Norwegian-born Iver Johnson (1841–1895). Iver Johnson & Martin Bye both cut their teeth with Ethan Allen, then started their own company in 1871. The company continued to operate until 1993. This revolver was a small, sturdy, well-built self-defense weapon, ideal for potent conceal and carry in the closing decades of the tumultuous 19th Century. This revolver is chambered for 5 shots of .32 S&W. The action works in both double and single action. The top of the barrel is marked “IVER JOHNSON ARMS & CYCLE WORKS/FITCHBURG, MASS. U.S.A.” The grips are marked with the company initials and an owl’s face on either side. This revolver includes its original picture box and label, as well as a signed and dated check drafted from Kansas City State Bank. While the payee and signature are difficult to make out, the check is dated July 7, 1894 and the amount is $7, which is likely what a revolver like this would have sold for at that time. The overall condition is excellent. The nickel finish is virtually complete. The case colors are vibrant. The markings are clear. The trademarked hard rubber grips are in fine shape. The bore is sharp and bright. The action is excellent. Here is a very collectible Iver Johnson! Own the original! This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction. Barrel is 3 inch solid rib. Caliber: .32 S&W Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Delivered directly to your door by express mail! Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ancestryguns $765 #190052 SOLD Antique: Yes |
