.38cf, #1129, assembly number 443 all match, 3 1/2 inch barrel, nickel finish, 2 piece "dog's head" grips, earliest production with a circular opening in right recoil shield for loading cartridges, 1880's.
Condition: very good bore, 50% nickel on barrel assembly, 98% nickel on cylinder, 95% nickel on frame, 80% case color on hammer and trigger darkening, excellent grips, excellent mechanically, excellent marks
