Unaltered Merwin.....no alterations by the "Experts"
All mechanics of this revolver operate as they did
when it was produced..... What it lacks in finish it makes up for in the mechanics.
The cylinder indexes properly, The half cock and full cock are perfect. The trigger
pull is smooth and crisp.  I don't believe this Revolver saw  a lot of use.
Would be a wonderful candidate for restoration. Turnbull restorations do great work.
This was originally a blue model, which is fairly rare. The trigger guard and were
case colored with light colors in recessed areas.
