Lefaucheux model 1854 pinfire revolver cal 12 mm ,6 1/4 (159mm) octagon barrel ,6 shot,during the civil war the federal govt bought 11,833 of these revolvers in serial range 25,000 to 37000 this revolver's serial # is 36777 .good shape works fine 1/2 & full cock cyl rotaes & locks up good ,wood grips are sound no cracks or breakstight gun no wobble ,all complete & all original see pics.this is an antique no FFL required can be sent directly to you if legal in your state must be 18 years of age to buy.this is being sold as a collector's item only not warranted safe to shoot.info from "the pinfire system " by Gene P.
