REMINGTON-SMOOT NO. 2 BLUED .32 RF SHORT CAL. POCKET REVOLVER CA. 1870’S. 5 shot with 2 ¾” barrel addressed “E. REMINGTON & SONS ILION. N.Y./W.S. SMOOT PAT. OCT. 21. 1873”. All original and matching with scarce blue finish. Only about one in ten Smoot’s are blue with most nickel. 80% plus blue remaining and hammer with most of the color case hardening. Rare Remington-Smoot white Celluloid grips in excellent condition. Excellent working order and good bore. Superior example and old collection provenance.
