Remington New Model No. 4 Revolver

Description:
This is a Remington New Model No. 4 and is 38 rimfire. Remington made about 23,000 of these between 1877 and 1888. The serial number is 22812. It has a very good bright and shiny bore with strong rifling. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight. It retains about 75% original nickel finish and the grips are fine without chips or cracks. These were hide out up close and personal guns. My friend tried it out and said it shot well.
