Fine Ruger New Model Single -Six Convertible .22 Revolver C. 1995
Offered here for sale is another excellent firearm from Hansen & Hansen. Throughout our more than 5 decades in the business and with our retail shop and gallery in the “heart” of gun country we have acquired may, many historic guns from the top companies who had their headquarters or offices in Connecticut. Colt, Winchester, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Remington and many more we have acquired “special” guns from company heads, employees, family members over the years. Prototypes, show display guns, factory errors and employee “take home” specimens-we have had them all.
This is another one. Obtained from a local collection just a few miles away from the Ruger factory is this fine New Model Single Six Convertible .22 revolver. Known for its versatility to fire both .22LR and .22 Magnum cartridges, this specimen serial number 263-10490 was manufactured in 1995 and comes with two cylinders. The gun has very little if any use and comes with original factory box, manual etc. Desirable 6.5” barrel gives it the “look” of an old western six-shooter.
