Description: Ruger New Model Bisley Blackhawk Revolver 45 COLT/45ACP Convertable in Stainless - Lipseys Exclusive This is a brand new Ruger New Model Bisley Blackhawk equpped with two cylinders in 45 COLT/45ACP with a 3 3/4" barrel in stainless steel. It features the Bisley Style Grip with a black gray laminate grip. The Bisley style hammer, adjustable notched rear sight, ramped front sight duel 6 round non-fluted cylinders in 45LC and 45ACP. Condition: This is factory fresh, new gun in its matching plastic box with both the gun and extra cylinder in their original plastic wrap. The gun comes complete with the lock, manual, etc. These Rugers are hard to get and only come up once in a while and I don't expect this one will last long. These are heavy duty revolvers capable of heavy loads. Many outfitters and wranglers favor these Ruger Super Blackhawks with the shorter barrels because of ease of carry combined with powerful loads. This one is at a good price and ready to ship. Note: These Ruger Super Blackhawks are often compared to Freedom Arms Revolvers although the Ruger is more than half the price of a Freedom Arms revolver. I have included some pictures to compare this Ruger Blackhawk revolver with similar Freedom Arms revolvers; one a FA Model 97 45LC/45ACP duel cylinder (M97's are smaller). The another with a FA Model 83 in 44 magnum which although it has a longer barrel is similer in size to the Ruger Super Blackhawk. Boh of the FA reovlvers shown would cost well above $3000.00 to buy new.
