This Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc, New Model Blackhawk is a beautiful addition to your collection. There are areas of obvious wear, like on the left side above the trigger, and at the tip of the barrel. There are a couple of small dents on the right side of the grip, and a few small imperfections here and there, but nothing that will affect the functionality of this fine piece. The single action trigger pull of this firearm is very crisp, and cocking the hammer is both smooth and easy. The sights are simple but functional, with some slight wear on the front sight. The finish over all is in decent shape apart from the areas mentioned above. The rifling in the bore is still very well-defined and in excellent condition. Everything locks up tight, and there are no loose parts to be concerned about. With the original box, this item is desirable as part of a collection, but with the scuffs and dings you won't be worried to put a few rounds through it, or even carry it if you feel so inclined. .30 Carbine
