This Ruger New Model Blackhawk was manufactured in 1979. It has some of the most beautiful rosewood grips I‚‚ve ever seen! Overall this is in excellent condition. There is very minor wear on the finish near the muzzle and on the loading gate, but you have to look closely to even notice. The cylinder has a minor blemish in one area (see the photograph of the left cylinder), and has light markings from the cylinder lock which is typical on a revolver. The painted finish on the trigger guard and unloading lever sleeve again show minor scuffing on their finish, but again it is mostly unnoticeable except on close examination (again, see photos). The bore is like new; it is bright and has strong rifling with no sighs of corrosion or pitting
