This is a seldom-seen .44 Mag Redhawk, one of 101 donated by Ruger to raise money to fight gun control legislation in the city of Skokie, IL in 1983. The 101 guns were consecutively serial numbered. In addition to the barrel etching and medallion on the left side of the frame, they also have the specific gun number (of the 101) added to the right side of the frame. This is number 73, noted as "SFC-73" where the SFC stands for Skokie Freedom Committee. The base model is KRH445, stainless with a 7.5" barrel and ribbed barrel with an integral scope mount. Comes with a presentation box, and framed letter from Ruger .44 Magnum
