Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 Mag 7.5” 3 Screw Original Unconverted 1969
Description:
For your consideration is a single-action Ruger Super Blackhawk chambered for .44 Magnum. It features a 7 ½” barrel, smooth walnut grips, Old Model 3-screw construction and adjustable rear sight. It was manufactured in Southport, CT in 1969. This revolver is in the original factory configuration without the transfer bar conversion.
Overall finish is decent with handling marks. There is some finish loss on the straps and trigger guard.
The original smooth walnut grips are in very good condition with no scratches, chips or cracks.
The bore is excellent, mirror bright with sharp rifling. Chambers are clean.
Mechanics are perfect with tight lockup, crisp trigger, and smooth action.
If you are looking for a collector grade example, this is probably not for you. But if you are seeking a nice .44 Mag shooter that you don’t need to baby, this is your huckleberry!
