Description: Ruger New Model Single Six Revolver - .22 WMR - Used; Good Condition - 1981 Ruger New Model Single Six – Classic Single-Action Rimfire For sale is a Ruger "New Model" Series Single Six Revolver, chambered in .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire (.22 WMR). Manufactured in 1981, this classic single-action revolver is in Good used condition and represents the rugged reliability and timeless design that have made Ruger single-actions a favorite for over half a century. This revolver features a 5.5-inch barrel with a 6-groove rifling and a classic blued steel finish on the frame and cylinder. It is equipped with adjustable iron sights (rear adjustable for windage and elevation, front blade) for precision shooting. The 6-shot cylinder is unfluted, and the action is the classic Ruger single-action with the patented transfer bar safety mechanism, allowing safe carry with all six chambers loaded. The revolver wears wooden grips featuring the iconic "SR" Sturm Ruger eagle medallion. Holster Included: This package includes a holster designed for 6" to 6.5" revolvers. Despite the half-inch difference in recommended barrel length, it fits the Ruger New Model comfortably and securely. Honest Condition Notes: This revolver shows honest wear from four decades of use. The wooden grips have minor nicks and a small gash at the base. The finish is fading almost completely off the hammer, giving it a worn patina. The remaining metal surfaces have tiny, almost imperceptible scratches consistent with careful use and handling. There is minor surface rust on the backside of the trigger.
