The frame and barrel exhibit the traditional blued finish, paired with smooth brown wood grips. The grips are adorned with Ruger eagle medallions, consistent with factory configuration for this model. It also comes with an extra set of Pachmayr grips and 2 leather holsters

The bore condition is described as very good, indicating clear rifling and minimal surface wear internally. The revolver retains its fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight assembly, allowing precise sight alignment.
