Description:
This example has a deep blued finish with a 6.5" pined barrel, a front patridge sight, adjustable rear sight, and a humpback hammer. The left side of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON" and the right is marked "38 S.&W. SPECIAL CTG". The top of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS. U.S.A. / PATENT FEB, 6, 06, SEPT, 14, 09, DEC, 29, 14". The grips are two-piece checkered walnut magna stocks with smooth diamonds around the grip screws and S&W medallions at their tops. Comes with the factory box, cleaning supplies, empty ammo box, and provenance papers. This lightly used Smith & Wesson remains in great overall condition. .38 S&W Special

Metal Condition: Fine scratches on the barrel with slight finish wear at the muzzle. The cylinder does show a light turn line. About 95% + condition.
Wood Condition: Both grip panels and checkering rate about 99%.
Bore Condition: Bright bore with sharp rifling.
Barrels: 6.5" barrel.
Triggers: SA/DA.
Sights: Adjustable rear.
