S&W 2nd Model Safety 38 D.A. Revolver

Description:
This was made about 1888 or 1889, and retains 85% nickel on the left side and 75% on the right side. Stored improperly. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight and the bore has three small spots of corrosion on the left middle side. The grips are very fine condition, no chips or cracks. The serial number is 17249 and is matching numbers. This was made in about 1888.
