Seller's Inventory #: 1005
This is an interesting Smith Number 3. It is basically a standard 6 1/2" target model with some oddities. The factory letter states it was shipped On May 25, 1898 to Hartley and Graham and from thier to Paris France. It is listed as number 3 but with a spur trigger guard just like the Russian Models but standard number 3 frame. The top of the barrel is sans any factory stamp and the letter does not address this. It is listed with a target rear sight, rubber grips. Serial #3212. It has a very good bore and a tight action. Gun retains about 85% original factory nickel finish with some bubbling. An usual target indeed. Antique
