Serial #C166191, .38 Special, 5" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This revolver has matching numbers on the frame, cylinder, barrel, extractor, and yoke with the metal retaining 92-95% of the original blue finish that has some mild fading on the exposed edges, and a moderate turn-ring on the cylinder. The hammer and trigger have most of the original color case-hardening remaining, although there is some slight gray fading along the edges. The checkered, diamond-center walnut grips (numbered to a different gun on the interior) are in excellent shape with some very minor handling marks and some mild flattening of the points. This a great looking, mechanically solid Pre-Model 10 in -near excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
