Smith & Wesson Model 10, Royal Hong Kong Police Contract, Cal. .38 Special, 1980's Manufacture

Description:
S&W Model 10-9 fitted with a 4 inch barrel, checkered walnut service grips with S&W medallions, fitted with a lanyard on the grip butt, is blue finished with color case-hardened finished hammer & trigger, and chambered in .38 Special.  This was a Royal Hong Kong contract gun (stamped "RHKP 12481" on the back-strap) exported to Hong Kong in the late 80's, they were then imported back into the US in the early 1990's after they went to semi-auto pistols.  This Model 10 looks to having never been fired, let alone issued, and is in as new condition, retainining 99% of its original blue finish.  The grips looks as new.  The bore looks as new and the action functions the same.  Sorry, no box or paper-work.  Unique Model 10 Military & Police.
