THIS IS A VERY, VERLY EARLY SMITH & WESSON MODEL 19 NO DASH, 4- INCH 357, BLUE, SERIAL NUMBER K4077XX, MANUFACTURED 1960, A 63 year old survivor, VERY HARD TO FIND THIS REVOLVER ,This revolver was as of the very first Model 19 ever produced. This revolver with original bluing, with some wear as to be expected on a 63 year old revolver, Blue wear on both side of muzzle as seen in the pictures, some rub marks on one part of the clyinder as seen in pictures, ( THERE IS NO PITTING AT ALL JUST BLUING WEAR, YOU CAN RUB YOUR FINGER ACROSS AND FEEL NOTHING ), the grips are not of that era, some one changed the grips before I purchased it some years ago. Very tight lock up and timing perfect, Cycles well, Shoots well, Barrel excellent, Trigger shoe extender, Nice smooth crisp trigger, Just what you see on the bluing, Very good condition.Could be re-blued to perfect condition if desired.
