Smith & Wesson Model 48-4 .22 Magnum. Made circa 1980, serial 82K4979 has an 8.375-inch barrel (pinned, integral serrated rib with blade front sight), adjustable rear sight, color case hammer (standard width, checkered spur), recessed cyliner and a color case trigger (standard width, serrated face). No box or papers. CONDITION: Clearly seldom fired since factory proof, the bore is pristine. Trigger pulls are outstanding. The cylinder rotates without stutter and locks like a bank vault. Metal finish is approximately 95 percent. Grips have been reshaped and are approximately 80 percent. LEATHER: A Lawrence flap holster (lined), Ralph Hunt Williams flap holster shoulder rig with ammo carrier and a open holster shoulder rig (lined, ammo carrier) are included.
