The Smith and Wesson 296 is a one of a kind revolver. It was only produced between 1999-2001 considered at the time a commercial failure this model has since become highly desirable with the resurgence of .44 Special revolvers. This revolver is double action only built on a scandium alloy "L" frame with a titanium cylinder producing a unique two tone appearence. It does not have the original rubber "boot" grips it originally came with but sports some fancier checkered wood grips. The bore is nice and shiny very little wear on this particular specimen. It does have some character marks from being carried but mechanically is in impecable shape. If you require more information or have questions please send us a message. So we need to know where it is going to accurately ascertain a shipping quote. We will also insure it if you ask, you will likely need additional insurance due to the price. Please, please, please be cognicent of this. You have a default 3 day inspection period but once you fire this revolver we will not accept returns. If this revolver arrives at your FFL damaged have them retain all original packing material and labels.
