About Us: We are an “Old School” gun store with a vintage Western style. We do carry various modern pistols, revolvers and long guns. However, our specialty is vintage firearms including bolt action, lever action and semi automatic rifles. For example, we usually have at least two or three M-1 Garand rifles at any given moment. Other times we may have one or two Springfield 1903 rifles. Also in stock are a few dozen lever action rifles available in different calibers & barrel lengths. Lastly, we have a wide variety of Colt Single Action Army revolvers in different calibers and barrel lengths. (NOTE: we try & remove items from Guns International ASAP if they are sold through our retail location, but there may be a slight delay in doing so)
Smith & Wesson Schofield .44
Description: (ATTENTION! PLEASE NOTE! This revolver takes .45 S & W ammunition, NOT .44. My mistake, my apologies!!) Every once in a while, through trading, buying, or estate sales we come up with some unique items. Here is a Smith & Wesson Schofield revolver in .45 S & W. The revolver is missing some parts and is NOT operational. However, if you look at the pictures, we have the missing parts highlighted in yellow to give you a better understanding of what this needs to be restored to fully operational condition. Better yet, if you have a Schofield and you need parts, and we have them, you're all set to have a working piece of history in your hands! Rifling still appears to be fairly sharp. Since this revolver was manufactured prior to 1898, no FFL is needed. Also, please understand that there may be more parts required to make this gun fully operational again. We highlighted as many of the needed parts as possible, but we are not experts on Schofield revolvers, and may have inadvertently overlooked other parts that may be needed as well. Please consult with your gunsmith regarding the feasibility of restoring this item. (Price has been reduced) We reserve the right to sell this item at our retail location until an offer is placed on Guns International. We accept major credit cards with a 4% surcharge. We also accept personal checks, however, we do not ship the item until your check clears our bank. Utilizing a personal check may cause a slight delay in shipment. Please allow us up to three business days to answer emails and phone messages. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Due to the COVID-19 emergency, we are taking customers by appointment only basis. Please call us at 717-762-4010 to make your appointment. We will accept walk-up customers during regular business hours providing there is no one with a previously scheduled appointment already in the shop. One customer at a time only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We thank you for your continued patronage during these difficult and trying times.
