Description:
Remains in high condition with bright bluing, lines are all sharp as is the nomenclature and logo. Color case trigger has little to no finish loss. Shows silvering at the muzzle.and one screw head shows lighter than the others.

Grips are fantastic examples appearing bright and luminous, no chips or damage. The gold S&W medallions have a nice patina which can be easily be brightened to new condition if desired.

Bore and cylinders are pristine and show no indication of ever having been fired. The action is tight like new, same for the top-break operation with the ejector snapping cleanly and the cylinder indexing perfectly.

Light handling marks though the camera has caught much more than the eye and presented the piece in a lesser light than what it appears in-hand. A beautiful Top-break which shows near new.

An excellent and desirable 1937 S&W Safety Hammerless, the last year for production of this, the 3rd Model.
