The revolver listed is a One of a Kind purchased and built at the Smith & Wesson factory by company employee Mr Clair McGowan know as "TRIGGER" for the exceptional action work he was known for. All serial numbers match the revolver all barrel lengths that were offered are in the case as well as the required ejector rod for the short barrel and the plunger and spring for the long barrel for ejection.With a spring and bushing to lighten the trigger pull. The case is original to the revolver as produced in the Smith & Wesson stock shop as listed in the letter. This revolver is definitely a one of kind and being owned by " Trigger " who did his magic on the revolvers from roughly 1943 - 1973 .
