S&W .22/.32 Heavy Frame Target Model Revolver
Description:
Serial #253414, .22 LR, 6" barrel with a good bore that has light pitting and freckling within the grooves. This revolver has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, yoke, and extractor, with the metal retaining 97-98% of the original blue finish that has some silvering at the muzzle, along the high and projecting edges, and some mild pitting at the front of the topstrap. The cylinder has a light turn-ring, and the hammer and trigger retain most of the original color case-hardening, with some gray fading at the edges. The checkered, target grips are numbered to the gun, and are in excellent shape with only some minor handling marks, and very mild flattening of the points on either side. The lock-up is still tight, and the action is fully functional. This is an excellent example of a Bekeart type S&W, and would make a great addition to a collection. FFL or C&R
