BLUE HAS DRIFTED TO BLUE-GREY. RIGHT GRIP PANEL HAS PIECE MISSING FROM PERIOD OF USE. HAMMER WILL NOT STAY AT FULL COCK. REVOLVER ONCE BELONGS TO JOHN H. KALER. CO. B 75TH OHIO. MUSTERED IN 3/28/1864 AT 20 YEARS OF AGE. CAPTURED BY REBELS SOMETIME IN 1864 AND SENT TO ANDERSONVILLE PRISON WHERE HE DIED ON 3/8/1865. HE IS BURIED AT GRAVESITE 12746 THERE.
