Very Good condition - a.k.a. "New Model Navy No. 3 Revolver"

Nicely engraved revolver - 4" round, ribbed barrel - checkered hard rubber round butt grips with diamond around screw escutcheon and Intertwined S&W initials at top; both grips remain sound however show reasonable wear to checkering - blue to patina - retains about 35%+ finish balance to soft grey patina

- Markings: crisp & legible- 2-line barrel address with last patent date of May 11 & 25 1880

- engraving to backstrap, top strap of barrel, and left side of frame

-fixed - double action - 6-shot fluted cylinder - built on a top-break frame - round butt - pin hole pitting in bore

- mechanics in good working order, functional throughout.
