Smith & Wesson Model Number 1, 2nd Issue, chambered in .22 Rimfire Short Black Powder. The 2nd Issue of the Number One was manufactured between 1860 and 1868, with a 7 shot non-fluted cylinder, ribbed octagonal barrel, and a silver plated brass frame with rosewood grips that are numbered to match the gun. The pistol is in great working order, with solid timing and good lockup, and a solid, operable trigger. The pistol has some wear in the silver plated finish, with other small blemishes in areas shown in the photos. The bore has some minor wear and small pits, however the chambers are in great shape. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the pistol. This pistol is an antique, no FFL required.
