S&W Model 10-5 Revolver
Description:
Serial #D626238, .38 Special, 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a very nice, pinned barrel revolver whose metal surfaces retain 95-97% original blue with some very mild silvering at the muzzle, and a light turn-ring on the cylinder. The color case-hardening is still strong on the hammer and trigger with only some trace gray fading along the edges. A small and unobtrusive import mark is present on the underside of the barrel. The checkered walnut grips with S&W medallions are in fine condition overall, with only a few light handling marks, a little mild flattening of the of the points on either side, and some minor impact marks at the butt. The lock-up is still tight, and this is a very nice Model 10, in fine-excellent overall condition. FFL
