This good looking S & W has a 4 inch barrel with a bright shiny bore and checkered wood grips that are in very nice condition. The Smith & Wesson Model 10-5 is a K-frame revolver in .38 Special featuring a change in the front sight from a tapered design to a straight bull barrel and sloped ramp sight. This model, like other Model 10s, is known for its reliability and is chambered for six rounds of .38 Special. Perfect for home protection.  Metal has most all of a deep dark high polished original blue, showing only slight wear. Hammer and trigger are case colored and also in very good condition.This K frame gun was manufactured in late 1972 to early 1973.
