PPC Competition-Ready; Used Circa 1967-77; D-Prefix Serial # D7083xx Smith & Wesson .38 Special; Model 10-6; Double- and Single Action; Three-Screw Sideplate; with the Full Power Custom (now Grand Master, LLC.) Treatment: 6-Inch Pinned Heavy Barrel with Recessed Crown; Bo-Mar Wide, Full-Length, Serrated Rib with Integral Sights, Polished Trigger & Hammer; Professional Action Job; Stippled Backstrap; Chamfered-Polished and Numbered Chambers; numerous maker’s marks & stampings as shown in the photos. Post-production tool marks are present on the right side of the barrel; and the final (approximately) 1.5” of the barrel and sight rib have apparent heat-related-work coloration. Standard S&W Magna Grips are Numbered to the Gun. Sight Radius is approximately 8-Inches. Not being dealers or experts, and because this revolver is highly customized, polished, refinished and modified for competition, condition is best judged from the photos.
