Return Policy: 3 day inspection and return policy on used guns and accessories. Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.
Payment Methods: Personal check, Bank check, Money order, Credit card
Smith & Wesson Model 18 - 22 LR Factory Error(?) Marked model 17
Description:
Here is a strange revolver that looks to be a S&W factory error. The gun is a model 18-3 with a 4" barrel and is so marked on the box and paperwork. However the gun itself is marked model 17-3. The serial numbers match on the box, papers, and gun. Our understanding is that the model 17-3 was never made with a 4" barrel. That makes this a rare factory error gun and to top it off the original papers are present and the condition is excellent!
We are required to charge 5.5% tax for Maine residents and 8.25% for Texas residents. There is a 3.5% fee if paying by credit card.
