This Smith & Wesson 125th Anniversary Model 25- 3 is a 45LC Cal DA complete w/a Perfect Walnut Hardwood Case, S&W Prefix serial number , Silver medallion of the Smith & Wesson Bros.. Leather Bound Book of the History of Smith & Wesson in a book by Roy Jinks. .
These 125th Commeneratives are BEAUTIFUL WORKS & when properly maintained will increase in value 
This particular S & W 125th Anniversary is a .45ACP Caliber w/an adjustable rear sight, Fixed Pidgeon Blade Front Sight w/a Red Sighting piece implant. It has fluted cylinders, w/smooth Goncalo grips w/the S&W Silver medallions On a Nickel Frame.
It has the Target Trigger & Hammer, Bright Bluing (Abt 99.6 %), 6 1/2" barrel.
It's a "K" frame w/the great feel that of a heavy well balanced pistol. The grips are
are perfect w/no markings. The cylinder hasn't any drag line. The Pistol
& It's case are in a LNIB condition.
I would rate this piece as an  "NRA" Excellent
