The Smith & Wesson Model 27 is a six-shot, double-action revolver chambered for the .357 Magnum cartridge and manufactured by Smith & Wesson. It was first produced in 1935, and many versions of it are still in production today. The Model 27 was built on S&W's carbon steel, large N-frame, had adjustable sights, and was available with various barrel lengths. The first Model 27-2 was introduced in 1961. This example has an 8 3/8" barrel and wood grips. Finish is very nice with revolver showing little wear. .357 Magnum
