Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 .357 MAG The Smith & Wesson Model 27 is a six-shot, double-action revolver chambered for the .357 Magnum cartridge and manufactured by Smith & Wesson. It was first produced in 1935, and many versions of it are still in production today. The Model 27 was built on S&W's carbon steel, large N-frame, had adjustable sights, and was available at various times with different barrel lengths. The 27-2 with the N serial prefix started in 1969. This example still looks good and comes with a wooden display box with cleaning tools. .357 Magnum
